Reintroducing me to my love of art
Spirits and Splatters;
Just a quick note to thank you for reintroducing me to my love of art.
In May of this year, my 2 daughters took me to one of your venues to paint a picture of flowers in a mason jar at The Ashburnham Ale house as a surprise early mother’s day gift. I hadn’t painted since high school…and at 51 had forgotten how good it felt. A lady named Elaine came and talked to me and told me that “I had a gift”, and I haven’t stopped painting since. I work as an administrator in the brokerage field. It is a fast paced, stressful environment. Every weekend now, I pick up a paint brush and create a piece or two…. it feels great to be in the “zone” and be able to completely relax.
Your business is amazing and has changed my life. I have been approached several times by friends about creating cards from my work…who knows maybe someday. I have attached a few of my better paintings that I have done in the last 6 months. I have hopes of selling some work down the road. Right now I am on one of the funniest learning curves ever.
